Help Evan build an army of young people to stop climate change
Over the past year I've been working to help launch and build Sunrise, a movement to stop climate change and create millions of good jobs in the process. We're building an army of young people to make climate change an urgent priority across America, end the corrupting influence of fossil fuel executives on our politics, and elect leaders who stand up for the health and wellbeing of all people. For example, just this past November, over 1000 young people gathered in 25 cities and towns to dedicate Climate Legacy Time Capsules and commit to fighting for a better future as the the first UN climate talks of the Trump era came to a close. We wrote our own climate legacy and let our politicians know that if they continue to drag us backwards, we will be the generation to step up and lead our country forward. Now, we’re gearing up for 2018, where we’ll work on elections across the country to kick out politicians in the pocket of fossil fuel CEOs, and elect leaders who will fight for all of us and our shared home.
1/2 of your contribution will go to Sunrise and the other 1/2 will go to Sunrise's accessibility fund (#SunriseForAll) which allows young people of all walks of life to go all-in with our movement. If you want to change the distribution, you can do so.
