Attending an EWOC training? Make a contribution to help us keep these accessible for everyone!

Since launching the EWOC Fundamentals Training Series in June 2020, EWOC has trained thousands of people in the basics of workplace organizing. In 2023, we doubled the number of trainings we put on, launched a video organizing training series, and started a fellowship program to provide in-depth support from highly-skilled veteran organizers to workers.

In 2024 we're also launching a Spanish-language organizer training as well as a specialized training for workers interested in organizing for climate justice within their workplace. To support all of this work we need to grow our training team and invest in staff to support them. Your contribution goes directly to making this happen!

Our series focuses on the key organizing steps such as building relationships with coworkers, mapping the workplace, building an organizing committee, and fighting the boss. These tools have helped hundreds of workers organize their own workplaces and many new organizers deepen their skills.
