What is Fair Justice Inc.?

Fair Justice Inc. is a non-profit organization that helps people receive a fair outcome and just treatment throughout the legal process and operates as follows:


• Fair Justice will call in a variety of experts to help bring transparency to individuals who are wrongly accused of a crime so that they can have a fair outcome on their cases.


• Our mitigation specialists will get a more applicable outcome for individuals who are seeking fair sentencing. Fair Justice Inc. can also work with individuals on re-entry and integration back into society.


• Fair Justice is for anyone seeking help with mental health services and the legal process.


• Fair Justice will support individuals seeking to go back into society such as intervention, prevention, housing, education, and job readiness resources.

We recognize that nothing is more important than an individual’s life and liberty. We will see that Fair Justice is served to every unique individual.


Fair Justice Inc., mission is to bring fairness and transparency to those caught in the judicial system. In order to achieve this goal, we have a team of highly trained EXPERTS including a doctor(s), mitigation specialist(s), weapons expert(s), narcotics expert(s), investigator(s) and other top-notch professional(s). We have an excellent staff and a team of lawyers. We receive cases anywhere from 50 to 100 individuals in a year. Fair Justice Inc. have over 15 years of experience with a great success rate.


Fair Justice Inc. Advocate:

A professional individual who can gather information via an intake process, provide guidance, resources, outreach skills and complete referrals with strong communication skills and flexibility.


Fair Justice Inc. Mitigation Advisor:

A professional individual who has a background in Mental Health, Human Behavior with Strong Communication Skills and Flexibility. If required, one must be willing to travel and complete supervised Internship. One must have the highest level of professionalism and the ability to establish confidentiality. One must be willing to learn and use legal terminology and research with analytical and writing Skills.


The purpose of this information session and interview is to select potential fair justice inc. candidates. Those who are selected will be trained. Please be advised that this is a voluntary position.
