Help Faith Take Back The Senate

Faith Winter has spent her entire career inspiring people to action.

Faith Winter was first elected to the Colorado legislature in 2014 after serving seven years on the Westminster City Council, where she was a leader on renewable energy, championed small business support, and protected services for survivors of domestic violence. As Mayor Pro-Tem of Westminster, Faith helped lead Westminster to becoming the first platinum solar city in the state.

Faith currently represents House District 35, and serves as the Chair of Transportation and Energy Committee and as Vice Chair of Business Affairs and Labor Committee. Faith has worked hard for working Coloradans and their families in the legislature by sponsoring a key component of the Colorado Ready to Work jobs package, passing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, helping home-based businesses, and passing an energy efficiency standard.

During her time in the Colorado House of Representatives, many common sense pieces of legislation have gone to the State Senate to die.

This is why Faith is running for the Senate. It has become hard to pass common sense legislation that protects families, creates economic security, protects our environment, and ensures everyone can find a home. Even with bi-partisan support, may of these measures never even get a chance for a vote. Faith has decided to continue to work for Coloradans, and she isn’t going to give up. In the Senate, Faith will continue to work hard and stand up for all of us in order to ensure that everyone has a chance at success.
