Event Host: $1000--name: prominently featured on the invitation, in program, and on slideshow at event (includes 8 tickets=1 table)
Gold Sponsor: $750--name on invitation, in program, and on slideshow at event (includes 6 tickets)
Silver Sponsor: $500--name in program and on slideshow at event (includes 4 tickets)
Bronze Sponsor: $250--name in program (includes 2 tickets)
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- If this contribution is made with a corporate card, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Your contributions in support of state entities in Indiana are made to ActBlue Indiana, a state political committee, and do not constitute earmarked contributions. Final responsibility for distribution of these funds lies with ActBlue Indiana's governing board.
