The maximum contribution limit is $5,200 per individual or corporation, per election cycle, by check or online payment. Couples with joint accounts may each contribute the maximum, for a total of $10,400 limit. The maximum cash contribution is $200 per individual per election cycle.
Contributions above $200, as well as cash contributions in any amount, are visible to the public in accordance with NJ ELEC law.
Only Incorporated businesses (INC.) may make contributions attributed directly to the company. Contributions from LLC, LP, or other non-incorporated entities must be attributed to one or more partner. Each partner may make up to the maximum contribution.
