Individuals may donate $5,000 per calendar year to The Farm Team PAC.
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to The Farm Team PAC are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions from corporate or union general treasury funds, federal contractors, national banks, foreign nationals, or contributions made in the name of another person are prohibited. Individuals and federally registered committees may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year.
