FDR Gala 2019 (Donate Form)

Join us on Thursday, March 21st for the FDR Gala!


Our annual FDR Gala is a great opportunity to interact with candidates on the 2019 primary ballot and enjoy drinks and oeur d'oeuvres with warm Democratic friends.


There is NO COST to attend the event, but we do request donations.


Sponsorship Info:


Event Host: $1,000 - Name featured prominently on invitation and program, with name featured at the event and recognition by Chair. Will be recognized as official member of the McCloskey Chairman's Club. (Let us know by March 1)


Sponsorship levels:


Eleanor Roosevelt Sponsors: $750 (or $50/month) - Name mentioned on invitation and program, with name featured at the event, and recognition by chair. (Let us know by March 1)


Four Freedoms Sponsors: $300 (or $25/month) - Name featured on program and featured at the event.


New Deal Sponsors: $150 (or $10/month) - Name on program

 

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. If this contribution is made with a corporate card, I certify that it is within the legal limits for corporate contributions.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
Your contributions in support of state entities in Indiana are made to ActBlue Indiana, a state political committee, and do not constitute earmarked contributions. Final responsibility for distribution of these funds lies with ActBlue Indiana's governing board.
