San Diego needs a City Attorney we can trust to deliver urgent progress, not play politics.
I’m Chief Deputy City Attorney Heather Ferbert. I’m an attorney for the people and a working mom. Every day, I fight to uphold the law equally and move San Diego forward.
I won’t ever lose sight of what I stand for or who I’m fighting for – it’s you, the hardworking people of San Diego.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I understand that it is unlawful for a contributor to be reimbursed by any organization, business, or similar entity for a contribution supporting or opposing a City candidate.
Political contributions are not tax deductible. City of San Diego law permits only personal contributions and limits contributions to $1350 per individual per election (primary and general), for a total of $2700. Contributions from businesses, labor unions, PACs, and other types of “organizations” are prohibited. We may only accept contributions from U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
