Renters and manufactured home owners are more cost-burdened than ever. For too many, unfair, unnecessary, and excessive fees piled atop already sky-high rents are the reason for:
-Not being able to move-in to housing you could otherwise afford
-Losing your home after being late on a single rent payment
-No longer being able to meet your monthly expenses
Luckily, Ferndale young people, working families, and retirees are coming together to limit the spread of junk fees and establish reasonable and fair rules for everyone.
