Dinner by Trattoria FrescoHarry Hopkins was born in Sioux City, and in the 1930's and 1940's was President Roosevelt's right-hand man: adviser, personal envoy to Winston Churchill, and the man who oversaw the creation of the WPA program that put people back to work during the depths of the Great Depression.
