Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Paid for by Fish Family Freedom Fund, a joint fundraising committee authorized by Alaskans for Mary, Cache PAC, the Alaska Democratic Party, and the DSCC.
Contributions will be allocated in the following order for persons (“P”) and multicandidate committees (“PAC”): the first $3,500 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to Alaskans for Mary for the 2026 general election for debt retirement purposes; next $10,000 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to the Alaska Democratic Party; next $3,500 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to Alaskans for Mary for the recount fund; next $5,000 (P) and $5,000 (PAC) to Cache PAC; next $44,300 (P) and $15,000 (PAC) to DSCC’s general fund; next $265,800 (P) and $90,000 (PAC) to DSCC’s headquarters fund or voter protection/legal defense fund up to the legal limits.
Contributions or gifts to Fish Family Freedom Fund are not tax deductible. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution. Contributions will be used in connection with a federal election.
