Protect free and fair elections

We know that in Georgia, and throughout much of our country, not all eligible voters have equal access to the ballot box.


Anti-democratic politicians want to suppress the voices — and political power — of Black and brown voters, so they’re trying to push access to the ballot box even further out of reach. 


Too many voters are forced to navigate burdensome and discriminatory barriers in order to make their voices heard. We are fighting to change that, and ensure equal voting access for all. But we can't do it alone.

Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
FAIR FIGHT is a “PAC with Non-Contribution Account” – commonly known as a “Hybrid PAC” – registered with the Federal Election Commission and various state and local campaign finance regulators as needed. You may make contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to Fair Fight’s Contribution Account. Individual contributions will be allocated as follows: $5,000 per calendar year to a bank account that operates as a Federal PAC, and the remainder to the Non-Contribution Account of the PAC. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes and are disclosed to the public. Georgia law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals (and organizations) whose contributions aggregate in excess of $100 in a calendar year. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals (and organizations) whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
