Jess Dapson is breaking the odds in the northern parts of Onondaga County, challenging a seat that has only ever been held by a Republican. A teacher, wedding officiant, mom, and champion of her community, Jess is working hard to be a part of something monumental this November: Electing a VETO-PROOF MAJORITY at the Onondaga County Legislature.
