Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Flanagan, Jackson, Turek Senate Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: All contributions will be split evenly between Peggy Flanagan for Minnesota, Troy Jackson for Maine, Josh Turek for Iowa, Schiff for Senate (each a “candidate”), and DSCC, up to the legal limit. The first $3,500/$5,000 of a person’s/multicandidate committee's contribution to each candidate will be designated to the primary election; the second $3,500/$5,000 will be designated to the general election, unless a candidate’s primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution allocated to that candidate will be considered designated only to the general election. The first $44,300/$15,000 from a person/multicandidate committee to DSCC will be designated to the DSCC general fund. The final $265,800/$90,000 from a person/multicandidate committee will be allocated to the DSCC headquarters or legal accounts. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting schiff@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
