Flip 5 Seats From Red To Blue
Support these candidates who have a good chance to flip 5 seats currently held by Republicans to the Democrats. This will go a long way towards creating Democratic control of the House. It's too good of an opportunity to pass up.
Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to the Elaine Luria Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500 of a person's contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee's contribution will be allocated to Elaine Luria for Congress and considered designated for the primary election. The second $3,500 of a person's contribution will be allocated to Elaine Luria for Congress and considered designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of a person's contribution or $5,000 of a multicandidate committee's contribution will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Virginia. The final $5,000 of a person's or multicandidate committee's contribution will be allocated to Defense Dem PAC. Expenses will be allocated proportionate to how contributions are allocated.

The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Contributions to Manny Rutinel Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/federal multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to Manny Rutinel for Congress for the General election. The next $5,000 of each contribution from a person/federal multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to American Dream for All PAC. The next $10,000/$5,000 from a person or federal non-multicandidate PAC/federal multi-candidate PAC will be allocated to the federal account of Federal: Colorado Democratic Party.

Contributions to Rebecca Bennett Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
For Individuals: The first $3,500.00 of each eligible contribution will be allocated to Rebecca Bennett for Congress for the 2026 General Election. The next $10,000 will be allocated to New Jersey Democratic State Committee, for the calendar year in which a contribution is received. This results in a total combined contribution amount of $13,500 per person per year limit. For multi-candidate PACs: The first $5,000 of each eligible contribution will be allocated to Rebecca Bennett for Congress for the 2026 General Election. The next $5,000 will be allocated to New Jersey Democratic State Committee, for the calendar year in which a contribution is received. This results in a $10,000 per multi-candidate PAC per year limit.
