Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Flippable Four Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $14,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $20,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Bob Brooks for Congress, Bob Harvie for Congress, Friends of Janelle Stelson, and Paige for PA. The first $3,500/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multicandidate PAC will be designated for the general election. The next $20,000 of each contribution from a person or PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between 1681 PAC, Against the Machine PAC, Good News PAC, and Ladder 2 PAC. Any funds allocated to Bob Brooks for Congress that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to Ladder 2 PAC. Any funds allocated to Bob Harvie for Congress that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to 1681 PAC. Any funds allocated to Friends of Janelle Stelson that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to Good News PAC. Any funds allocated to Paige for PA that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to Against the Machine PAC. Any funds that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate to a candidate then their respective leadership PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, among the rest of the participants.
