Fuel the Research, FLIP the Court Fundraiser

Democrats currently hold only two of seven NC Supreme Court seats and three of fifteen NC Court of Appeals seats.



The 2026 midterm presents a prime opportunity to figure out how to win critical judicial races – before three NC Supreme Court seats and five NC Court of Appeals seats (all currently held by Republicans) are up for election in 2028.


Your donation will help fund research to determine messaging that persuades ticket splitters to vote for Democratic judges so we can flip the court blue in 2028.

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
