Since last November, the Westchester County Board of Legislators has passed legislation to ban gun shows on county property; passed the Immigrant Protection Act; raised the age on tobacco sales to 21; voted to ban salary history questions on job applications; introduced the "reusable bag initiative;" and passed legislation to give more county contracts to veteran owned businesses. And there is a lot more left to do.
