An Afternoon at Fog Likely Farm
Thanks for purchasing a ticket(s) to the Fog Likely Farm gathering this coming Sunday. It’s going to be a wonderful community event, and we’re looking forward to seeing you there!
Below is information you will need to consider prior to your visit. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
LOGISTICS
When: Sunday, June 14, rain or shine
Time: 2–5 PM
Where: Fog Likely Farm (195 Day Drive, Boone)
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
• There is no onsite parking at the Farm.
• Free shuttle service to and from the Farm begins at 1:30 PM from Parkway School (directly beside the Farm). Parking there is free for the day.
• When you arrive, you’ll be dropped off at check-in. There you will receive a brochure with a marked, self-guided walking tour map inside. Tour at your leisure in no particular order. (see attached map copy.)
• This is an old homestead farm—ground is uneven in some places. Comfortable walking shoes recommended, free walking canes provided if needed, golf cart ride provided if needed.
• Alcoholic drinks available for purchase and free flavored waters are available in the backyard of the home under the willow tree. A free early supper begins at 4pm at the Farm’s cabin (#14 on your brochure map).
