Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- Virginia: This contribution is made from my own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
Political contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Virginia law requires us to report the name, mailing address, occupation, employer and place of employment for all individual donors over $100 aggregate per calendar year. Unlimited personal and corporate contributions may be accepted. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
