Heather Cox Richardson is a historian, the author of Democracy Awakening and the popular Substack blog “Letters from an American". She has been chronicling today's political landscape, and helping us “explore what it means, and what it has meant, to be an American.” She will speak about Project 2025, the MAGA agenda and the threats to our democracy.
Donations will support the Blue Surge Turnout Fund , a partnership with America Votes. The fund supports 40 leading grassroots groups in the nine Presidential and Senate battleground states (AZ, NV, WI, PA, MT, MI, OH, NC, GA) through the America Votes Action Fund. These groups are focused on mobilizing 3.2 million surge voters: those who voted in 2018 and/or 2020 but didn't vote in 2016 and 2022.
