Democrats need a net gain of only 4 seats to win a majority in the House.
Here's a prime opportunity.
Kristen McDonald Rivet, a state senator and former director of Michigan Head Start, just won her primary and is now the Democratic nominee for the House from MI 08. She needs to replenish her funds immediately to take on her Republican opponent in the general election.
MI 08 is considered a Toss-Up by both Cook and Sabato. The seat is currently occupied by retiring Democrat Dan Kildee.
