Gerrymandering in Texas just made that a little harder
The recent gerrymandering in Texas has endangered the seat held by Rep. Vicente Gonzalez. It was formerly rated a toss up and is now a Lean R.
In 2024 this was one of the eight closest House races in the country that was won by a Democrat. Rep. Gonzalez won by 3%, just 5,000 votes, despite being outspent by his opponent.
