Elaine Luria used her experience in the Navy and as a small business owner to run for Congress in 2018, where she served as the representative for Virginia’s Second Congressional District from 2018 to 2023.


As a member of Congress, Elaine served as Vice Chair on the House Armed Services Committee, the House Veterans Affairs Committee as the Chair of the Disability and Memorial Assistance Subcommittee, the House Committee on Homeland Security, and the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.
