Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
Your contribution may be used to pay for campaign media spending or other campaign-related activities across the country. Forward Majority Action is required by law to publicly disclose your donation on federal filings. In addition, depending on where your funds are used, Forward Majority Action may be required to file public reports disclosing donor information with the appropriate state government entity. Forward Majority Action intends to treat the first $200,000 of your contribution as eligible for campaign media spending in Arizona. Per Arizona requirements: if you do not want your funds used or transferred for campaign media spending in that state – or you prefer a different amount than noted above – you may email compliance@forwardmajority.org within twenty-one days. A receipt confirming your choice will be provided upon request.
