Colin Allred was born and raised in North Dallas and has spent his career serving the people of Texas and the United States. After playing football in the NFL, Colin received his J.D. and worked as a voting rights attorney. Additionally, he served as a special assistant in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of General Counsel under President Barack Obama. Allred was first elected to Congress in 2018 to represent TX-32, flipping the district and unseating Rep. Pete Sessions (R). Colin Allred is a committed representative of the people of Texas, and strong advocate for principled American engagement in the world.
