Daniel Biss is the current mayor of Evanston and former member of the Illinois House and State. As a legislator in Illinois, Daniel has delivered pragmatic progressive solutions on a wide range of issues. He also taught mathematics at the University of Chicago. Daniel was first drawn to activism at the age of 25, speaking out to oppose the Iraq War and organizing support for progressive candidates and ideas. An individual or federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,500/$5,000 per election, the Primary and General being separate elections.
