Veronica Escobar was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018, when she became the first woman to represent El Paso and the first of two Latinas from Texas to serve in Congress. Prior to her time in Congress, Veronica served as a County Commissioner and as a County Judge for El Paso County. In the 118th Congress, Veronica serves on the House Judiciary Committee, the House Armed Services Committee, and the House Ethics Committee. Throughout her three terms, Veronica has shown a clear commitment to improving diversity and inclusion in the military, strengthening border security while expanding pathways to citizenship, and increasing oversight of the defense budget.

An individual or federal PAC may contribute a maximum amount of $3,300/$5,000 per election, the Primary and General being separate elections.
