Chrissy Houlahan was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018, becoming the first woman to represent PA-06. Chrissy is a U.S. Air Force veteran, with three years active-duty service and 13 years in the Air Force Reserves. After her time on active duty, Chrissy worked as the Chief Operations Officer of an apparel company and of B-Lab, a Philadelphia-based, non-profit start-up. She also worked as a public-school science teacher in Philadelphia. In the 118th Congress, Chrissy is a member of the Armed Services Committee, the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and serves as co-chair of the bipartisan Climate Solutions Caucus. Chrissy is a tireless champion for strengthening the U.S.’ cybersecurity infrastructure, empowering women and girls around the globe, and increasing transparency and accountability in our foreign aid and investments.
