Bayly Winder is a national security professional dedicated to strengthening American leadership abroad and delivering principled leadership at home. He has served at the U.S. Department of State, where he worked on Iran policy, and at USAID as an advisor in the office of Administrator Samantha Power, advancing programs that promote global stability, economic growth, and democratic governance. Beyond government service, Bayly has advised on national security and cybersecurity challenges, helping institutions respond to emerging threats in a rapidly evolving global landscape, and he is a member of FP4A’s inaugural NextGen Fellow cohort. Now running for Congress, Bayly is working to strengthen our democracy and fight for New Jerseyans with integrity and results-driven leadership.
