My name is Franklin Gomez Flores. I currently serve on the Chatham County Board of Commissioners and am the Vice Chair. My involvement in the community includes the Board of Health, the Board of Trustees of UNC Health Chatham (Hospital), and the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council. During my service, our board has achieved great accomplishments in supporting high-quality education, affordable housing, and economic investment and job creation, while protecting rural Chatham County and fostering growth.
