Support Franky Carrillo for Assembly!

Friends,
My name is Franky Carrillo, born in Boyle Heights, son of Mexican immigrants, exoneree, Dad, Commissioner, and I’m running for Assembly District 52.
I know what it’s like to be on the wrong end of a system rigged against regular people. At 16 I was wrongfully convicted of a crime I didn’t commit and spent 20 years in prison fighting for justice before being exonerated with the help of The Innocence Project. Since my exoneration, I started a family, earned a college degree, and have been an advocate for justice reform and Democratic values.
I’m running for State Assembly to fix the broken systems that are failing regular people in our neighborhoods. I will fight to improve our schools, tackle the homelessness and fentanyl crises, expand health care access, and reform the justice system that failed youth like me for so long. Because everyone deserves a fair chance to succeed.
I never gave up on my own future and I won’t give up on yours.
Thank you for supporting our campaign!
