Our annual Community Champion Awards and Fundraiser brings together local leaders and community-based organizations, going the extra mile in their efforts to create #OneHealthyFresno. Whether it be advocacy, providing direct services to those in need, or fundraising, these Community Champions have stepped in to bridge gaps in access to care, or call attention to topics worth mentioning.
Your partnership will grant you access to this year’s awards. What’s more, your generosity will allow us to continue to provide support to our ongoing programming and advocacy campaigns working to create #OneHealthyFresno for all.
Community Champion $10,000

Community Supporter $2,500
