Russ has always worked hard to make the world a better place for all people by advancing legislation for the creation of affordable housing including veterans, seniors, and those desiring to live near where they work, creating an opportunity for Sussex County to help finance schools because of the rapid growth, prohibiting commercial development of Cape Henlopen State Park and utilizing state resources to balance unbridled development.

Now he hopes to build upon his first term efforts and successes in the Delaware State Senate. With your help we can re-elect him and enable him to continue his work to better his district and his state.
