Oregon offers an income tax credit to residents who contribute to qualifying state, federal, or local political campaigns. The total credit is limited to $100* on a joint return or $50* on a single or separate return. Please see OregonTaxCredit.com for details. Contributions or gifts to this campaign are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.
*Please note, due to a recent change in Oregon law, individuals with adjusted gross income over $100,000 or joint filers with combined income exceeding $200,000 no longer qualify for the Political Tax Credit.
