Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
4. I am not an employee, or the spouse or domestic partner of an employee, of the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO).
5. I am not a partner, or the spouse or domestic partner of a partner, of the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) including not a partner of the Office of Economic Equity & Empowerment (OE3).
6. I am not a business owner, or the spouse or domestic partner of a business owner, who plans to apply for grants from the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) in the next 2 years.
