Speaker Don Scott is a husband, father, attorney, U.S. Navy veteran, and the first Black Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates. He represents the 88th District in the Virginia House of Delegates, serving on the Courts of Justice, Finance, and Commerce and Energy Committees.
