Voting rights activist, small business owner, and former aldermanic candidate, Maggie O'Keefe is running for Democratic Committeewoman to support progressive Democratic candidates building a responsive, accountable government and to increase voter turnout and engagement in the 40th Ward, Chicago.


In her community, Maggie serves as the President of the Lincoln Square North Neighbors Association, Vice President of the Gross Park Advisory Council, and in 2017 organized deputy voter registrar trainings to over 500 Cook County residents, and together registering thousands to vote ahead of the 2018 election.
