Minita Sanghvi is in her 2nd term as the Commissioner of Finance in Saratoga Springs NY city council. She has an undergrad in Accounting, MBA, MS and PhD and after having worked at Wal-Mart, Walgreens and other companies in Corporate America, is now a tenured professor in Management and Business at a liberal arts college.
She supports innovation and entrepreneurship, believes small businesses are the mainstay of the US economy, wants to bring in much needed infrastucture dollars to our district. She wants to bolster climate change initiatives and green jobs, provide women access to healthcare and support LGBTQ+ rights.
Minita lives in Saratoga Springs with her wife, son and cat and they love spending time at the parks around our district.
