I am Pat McCain. I had not intended to run for our House Seat, because our Representative, Scott Nishimoto, has done an outstanding job. However, Scott has chosen to run for the City Council. I will do everything in my power to see that he wins. Therefore, I am running for District 23 to assure that the most qualified candidate will follow in Scott’s footsteps.
If I’m elected, I will support retaining Scott Saiki as the Speaker of the House. I actively supported Josh Green’s election for Governor, and he has not disappointed us while
facing some of the most difficult problems and catastrophes our State has ever faced. I intend to work with him. I consider this opportunity to serve you as an honor. I will
take my oath of office seriously. I will do all in my power to improve our ‘ohana and protect the ai‘na. A hui hou.
