My name is Rita Maxwell, a longtime Oklahoman and a Democratic candidate for Midwest City Council in Ward 3. I have a proven record of public service at the local, state, and federal levels. As a former state and federal Law Enforcement Officer, Non-Profit Executive, Educator, and United States Air Force veteran I know first-hand how to roll up my sleeves and get work done.
I am running to continue my lifelong work of doing the hard work our communities deserve. However, I can not do it alone, we need the support of Oklahomans like you who believe we can effect good change in this state.
