WHY I’M RUNNING?
I'm running for State Representative to FIGHT the CORRUPT Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA)! Send me to Harrisburg for ONLY 3 to 4 years -- then I'm OUT OF THERE! Is that asking too much? Vote for your Native Son! Your Gladiator "Born & Raised" in Southwest & West Philadelphia! Not that guy from South Bronx, NYC!
ALL of my elementary, middle and high schools were PUBLIC and ALL are right here in Southwest and West Philadelphia. Nearly 80% of the PPA's tickets are issued where the poverty rate is 20% or higher and the zip codes are normally in areas where people are the most vulnerable ...which is MOST of us! The PPA IGNORES city ordinances and violates Pa State Law in the pursuit of REVENUE which takes food from your DINNER TABLE and food out of your children's mouths! The PPA have waged economic terrorism with impunity. I have been rumbling with their two BULLY attorneys for many years now. My campaign is registered with the Pa. Department of State as "INDEFINITE." I will continue this campaign UNTIL The People allow me to give them some RELIEF from this CORRUPT city agency. The People asked for this RELIEF and now I need some help! Allow your NATIVE SON & Gladiator to beat up the PPA for you!

UPBRINGING & FAMILY LIFE
I was born at Mercy Douglas Hospital at 50th & Woodland Avenue and raised on the 1200 & 1300 blocks of South 46th Street. I have a wife and a baby daughter named Flo Toni Hipolita. My mother and father were married. While living in the basement of the late Senator Hardy Williams' house in 1985, I cleaned & canvassed for him during my 6th grade and junior high school years which introduced me to the world of public office.
CHILDHOOD STAR & TV
I was a childhood star on the hit TV show called Dancin' On Air (WPHL-17) and the spin-off show Dance Party USA. Appearance on attorney infomercial during Judge Mathis hour (CW Philly 57). Caracol TV interview in South America.
EDUCATION
ALL of my education has been PUBLIC. I am a TRUE product of the 188th. My mother grew up in Darby, Pa (Marks Avenue) and I grew up at 1346 S. 46th Street. I attended the following schools:

I graduated from Temple University (B.A. Psychology) in 2003 with a minor in African-American Studies. Temple & WPHS were major turning points in my life. I owe these two public institutions everything!
BILINGUAL
English is my first language of course! But I speak, write & read Spanish too. In 2021 I successfully completed a Bilingual Interpreter Training Certificate for the Philadelphia City Commissioners. I'm currently testing for the Administration of Pennsylvania Courts to hopefully help the Spanish-speaking public in Pennsylvania Courts IF NEEDED.
