Hi, I’m Michael McCord. I grew up dirt poor in upstate South Carolina, raised by a single mom and my grandmother. I know what it means to be counted out.


But I also know what it means to fight like hell for a second chance.Georgia’s 1st District gave me mine. I built a business here. I rebuilt my life here.


And now I’m stepping up to take middle-class grit, rural truth, and working-class priorities to Congress — for the folks too often forgotten in D.C.


I’m not a polished insider. I’m not a millionaire. But I know what working people go through — because I’ve been there. And I believe this campaign can be different. Honest. Gritty. Grounded.But I can’t do it without you.


We’re launching this movement from the ground up. No big donors. No special interests. Just us.
