Help Returning Citizens Pay Fines and Fees and Register to Vote in Florida
Florida is disenfranchising over 700,000 people who have fines and fees on a past conviction. At the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, the directly impacted organization that passed Amendment 4, we created a fund to pay outstanding fines and fees so our fellow returning citizens can vote this November.
The Florida Rights Restoration Coalition Education Fund is a fund of Beyond Impact, a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Contributions to Florida Rights Restoration Coalition Education Fund are tax-deductible.

The Florida Rights Restoration Coalition Education Fund (FRRCEF), a fund of Beyond Impact, has been formed as a grassroots membership organization run by returning citizens who are dedicated to ending the disenfranchisement and discrimination against people with convictions, to create a more comprehensive and humane system that will enhance successful reentry, reduce recidivism, and increase public safety.
