Be the Light has happened, but your donation is still as crucial as ever.

What: A virtual evening to raise funds, awareness, and volunteers to supercharge Democratic voter registration efforts in the battleground state of Michigan. Featuring a conversation with Representative Adam Schiff (CA-28) and testimonials from inspirational activists including Barbara McQuade, former US Attorney for Eastern Michigan, Representative Katie Porter (CA-45), Lizbeth Matteo, Immigration Attorney, and Captain Mark Kelly & Representative Gabby Giffords.

When: Sunday, July 26, 2020, 4:15 PM - 5:15 PM PT

Why: Our fundraising will go directly to digital outreach and organizing to register Democrats in Michigan.

Who: Onward Toward Progress (OTP) and Field Team 6 are joining forces to sponsor Be the Light!

NOVA donors were treated to a smaller private moderated Q&A with Representative Schiff immediately after the main event.

Raffle prize for the event was a six-month subscription to the Michigan Foods Club from the legendary purveyor of home grown artisan and international foods, Zingerman's in Ann Arbor!

Field Team 6 registers Democrats where they’re needed most in order to expand our House majority, flip the Senate, and take back the White House.

OTP is a Los Angeles-area grassroots activist organization, formed by concerned progressive citizens after the 2016 presidential election. OTP focuses energy where it will be most useful in each election cycle.
