Save our Democracy by Reclaiming our National Story

Most of us believe in government of, by, and for the people. But now a far right-faction dominates our public discourse, whips up forces of authoritarianism, and brings our democracy into crisis. This faction undermines our ability to sustain a cohesive, pro-democracy narrative capable of galvanizing all who share our American story.

Grassroots Messaging Works fills this gap. Grassroots activists with professional marketing backgrounds came together to employ the latest messaging research and cognitive science. We create sharable content targeting those who threaten our republic while weaving a compelling narrative showing the power of authentic, multiracial democracy to deliver on our most urgent kitchen-table issues.

Our opposition has decades of dark money behind them. By contrast, Grassroots Messaging Works is powered by passion, not money. We have created professional messaging tools, a website, and an initial campaign thanks to generous pro bono partners and volunteers. Field Team 6 is a volunteer army on a simple mission: Register Democrats. Save the World. To help win the 2020 election, we helped register decisive margins of Democrats in 11 key swing states including Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Our goals for 2022 are to save our Senate and House majorities, to win races for Democrats up and down the ballot, and to do all this by registering women, young people, people of color, the LGBTQ+ community, the disability community, veterans, and faith communities.

 

Together, we all just saved the world. Now it's time to do it again!
