This uneducated dingleberry who likely doesn't know his ass from his elbows, has found it in his heart to REGULATE WOMEN'S BODIES. He's decided to not only regulate women's bodies, but he's also trying to restrict access to birth control.

The peaceful no-kings protest was interrupted when Tom Fernandez (R-SC) pulled up in his gas-guzzling, road destroying, science experiment of a "vehicle", he then proceeded to inform the crowd of his IQ with first one middle finger then both (that's 3 IQ points for anyone counting).
