Fuerte Art Collective is an artist-led grassroots organization empowering fellow creatives and organizers to use art and culture to move people to create change for economic justice and civic engagement. We center Arizona women of color and LGBTQ perspectives in our Art and Artists.
Fuerte Art Collective envisions a future of connection, inclusivity, dignity, and respect for all. We envision an Arizona where we are represented as we are, where our stories, creativity, and ideals are shared widely to reach others who experience life as we do; so that we can end the systems of inequity that keep our communities from being safe, living well, and prospering.
