Join Fuerza on Wednesday, August 26th at Plaza Mariachi, Xenote Space in Nashville for our annual fundraiser as we celebrate the power of our community, the progress we’ve made together, and the work still ahead.

Andrea Vasquez: The Cali-native has blended her love of modern country and Latin-American roots to create a refreshing sound within the genre. Inspired by the likes of Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain, and The Chicks, Andrea has been crafting her unique sound and becoming a success story that future generations of aspiring country artists who share her Latino heritage will strive to emulate.

Rachel Baiman: Raised in Chicago, Baiman made her way to Nashville at 18 with the dream of being a professional fiddle player and has since released three solo records and an EP, alongside session and side-person work with Kacey Musgraves, Kevin Morby, and Molly Tuttle among many others. As a songwriter, she has garnered a reputation for her specific brand of political and personal lyricism, which Vice’s Noisey described as ‘Flipping off Authority one note at a time”.

Rachel Rodriguez:

Rachel Rodriguez grew up in Michigan, belting out traditional Mariachi and Country music, in her father’s band. He was her biggest influence, and always encouraged her to embrace and infuse all that she is into her music and songwriting. After years of singing along side her father, Rachel decided it was time to branch out to find her own voice, which brought her to Nashville, TN. 

Rachel has established herself, in Music City, as an enchanting front woman, with her powerful vocals and versatile repertoire.
